1. For early check-in bookings, breakfast is NOT INCLUDED on the day of arrival. The cost of an additional breakfast is 700 rubles.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 am. It does not imply the removal of products outside the Food Hall. Breakfast items can be changed depending on the day of the week.

2. Checkout time - 12:00. Check-in time is 14:00.

An additional fee is charged when the Guest checks in before the hour of arrival at the hotel according to the booking request upon confirmation of the guaranteed arrival time:

- from 06:00 to 14:00 - 50% of the room rate,

- from 00:00 hours - 100% of the room rate,

3. The following penalties apply: 

The hotel reserves the right to withhold the cost of the paid day in case of early departure, without prior notification (at least 24 hours before departure).

In case of no check in 100% of the cost of the booked rooms will be charged if the reservation was not canceled within 24 hour notice.

4. The following surcharges are established for an extra person in the room:
- the settlement of an additional person in a room of any category is carried out in accordance with the current price list of the hotel, according to the cost of living for two people;
- all additional guests with the provision of a bed and breakfast in the rooms costs 2200 rubles per person. Discount for additional accommodation is not available.

5. Discounts for individual guests for the length of stay for all room categories are provided as follows:
11-20 days - 10% of the room rate
21 days and more - 15% of the room rate

6. Discounts for regular individual clients are provided as follows:
For stays more than 3 times - 5% of the room rate,
For stays more than 10 times - 10% of the room rate,
For stays more than 15 times – 15% of the room rate.

8. Group discounts are provided as follows:
When applying for a group of 5 to 10 rooms - 5% of the room rate,
When applying for a group of 10 to 20 rooms – 10% of the room rate,
When applying for a group of more than 20 rooms – 15% of the room rate. 

9. If a guest has the right to get several discounts at once, he or she is given the largest discount.

10. The settlement of children with their parents under the age of 7 (without providing a bed) is free of charge.

11. The hotel provides a baby cot for children under 2 years old upon request.

12. Our hotel has a face control system, and service will be denied to people in a state of alcoholic intoxication, causing discomfort to other guests. The dining hall reserves the right to refuse service without giving any reason.

13. Smoking throughout the hotel is prohibited, including the Time Hotel's Foodzone. Smoking is allowed in a designated area.
